Road closures are scheduled for Ormond Beach next week.

Drivers in Ormond Beach should expect delays as road closures are planned for a couple of locations throughout the city over the next week.

On January 30th and 31, 2023, and again on February 6 and 7 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, a road closure is planned at Ormond Lakes Boulevard to repair decorative road pavers at the subdivision entrance along US-1. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic during the closures.

The road will reopen, and traffic will be permitted to resume once the work is complete. Residents with questions should contact the Ormond Beach Engineering Division at 386-676-3269.

New Britain Avenue will be closed between North Beach Street and North Ridgewood Avenue, on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the Granada Grand Festival of the Arts. During the closure, detours will be set up on East Granada Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue. Community Service Officers will be on-site to assist; however, motorists should expect delays. The road will reopen to traffic after the event.
