The Regency Plaza Condominium is a 133 unit, luxury oceanfront condominium located in beautiful Ormond by the Sea. Just north of Daytona Beach and 45 minutes from St Augustine, we are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, banks and entertainment. Our pristine beach is traffic free, made for fishing, walking, playing or just relaxing!

As indicated in our photo gallery, the amenities here include an exercise room, men's and women's sauna, game room, and spacious social room with adjacent kitchen. The swimming pool and deck area are situated on the SE side of the property and receive sun all day, even in winter!

Closed circuit television cameras, key or call box lobby entry, and underground parking provide security for the building.
