Paul Osterndof Adams Cameron & Co Realtors
Hello:
I moved to the area with my family from Long Island in 1979. After graduating from Father Lopez and FSU, life and career took me first to Orlando, then Atlanta for a bit. Ormond was always top of mind and home. While living in Atlanta, I bought a place near the beach in Ormond by the Sea, returning full time in 2006.
Ormond is home because of the lifestyle and all the things our area has to offer. Lots of history, the water (beach and river), boating, civic events, people, parks, sunrises, sunsets. Would love to share more about why I live in Ormond.
As you consider properties in our area, please know my philosophy is to pay attention to the details, understand your objectives and communicate so that you have a great customer experience.
If you are looking for a home, want to sell your home, seek an investment property, I can help you with all of your real estate needs.

More about me:
Most enjoyable for me is spending time outdoor with Kris and our dogs, Josey (chocolate Lab), Bear (black Lab) and Spike (Yorkie). They are quite the trio. Especially when on the boat.
I’ve taken up golf again and see there are many great options locally.
If you like to surf, fish, kayak, paddle board, hike, bike, swim, play tennis, golf, walk, or… are a birder, manatee or turtle enthusiast, options are aplenty.
The fall is my favorite time of year as I truly love high school and college football.
Wish for more time to keep up with it… I love landscaping. Having an idea and watching it grow into what you thought it would become is great.
Living in land of the “Birthplace of Speed” (Ormond) and NASCAR, I have attended too many races to count, and I’m a June Bug/Dale Earnhardt Jr. fan. You really must try the Richard Petty Driving Experience at Daytona International Speedway.
We also have baseball, the Daytona Tortugas (Reds) play in one of the coolest minor league ballparks you will ever visit.
You can explore one of the finest collections of Florida History at the CiCi and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art.
