Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed amendment of former Sam’s Club in Daytona Beach.

The Storch Law Firm, representing property owners for Parcel No. 5341-09-00-0020, has applied for a Planned Development Amendment to add a "Telephone Call Center" as permitted use for the former Sam's Club at 1175 Beville Road in Daytona Beach.
Residents within a 300-foot radius of the subject property are cordially invited to a neighborhood meeting to learn more about this proposed amendment to address any questions or concerns regarding the development.
The meeting will be held at the Sandtrap Grill at Daytona Beach Golf Club at 600 Wilder Boulevard in Daytona Beach on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 6 p.m.
Anyone unable to attend the meeting can submit written comments or questions to the Storch Law Firm and include your name, address, and contact information in your correspondence. Any comments received before the scheduled meeting date will be presented and addressed during the meeting.
