I work with children, teens, and adults on a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships issues, anger management, trauma, and other issues. I provide individual, family, group, and couple's counseling services. I focus on the future and helping you find solutions by examining the relationship between thoughts and behaviors.

I have several years of experience working with children/teens and their families but enjoy working with adults also. I have worked in the state dependency system as well as an inpatient psychiatric hospital.

I have been credentialed by the state as an Adoption Competent Therapist. I attended a 6 week training course designed to highlight common issues of adopted children, such as trauma history and behavior problems, as well as how to address these issues when working with adoptive families.
