Holly Hill Police Department Arrests Man for Sexually Assaulting Daughter.

According to reports, the assault started in Maryland, where the victim lived with her father. The victim ended up telling her grandmother and two aunts about the assault, but no reports were made to the police or child protective services.

Chase’s wife at the time, the victim's stepmother, was living in the residence but was unaware of the assault. The victim's biological mother was not in the picture at this time.

Chase’s wife eventually separated from Chase, and both he and the victim were asked to leave the home, due to non-payment of rent. After moving around Maryland, they eventually moved to Holly Hill, FL where the assaults continued.

The Victim never told anyone else about the assault until earlier this month, when she confided in her stepmother, who brought her to Holly Hill Police Department to file a report.

After an initial interview with the victim, and controlled calls it was determined that Chase committed the alleged crimes and has been charged with Sexual Battery and Incest.
