Established in 2014, Delta Life Fitness is a boutique fitness franchise designed specifically for women. Our Daytona Beach location was one of the original founding fitness studios in 2015 and was relocated to Ormond Beach in 2021. Delta Life Fitness is the best 30-minute workout a woman can get and is your one stop transformation center.
