Atlantic Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons, LLC (ACTS) is a new group, but not a new practice.  Dr. Johnson and Dr. Holt were partners, owners, and officers of a previous practice from 1985  & 1992 (respectively) to 2014.  It was time for a new beginning.  However, their surgical services have not changed, except for new procedures they provide, keeping up with the ever-changing surgical treatments.

There have been more than 12,750 cardiac surgeries performed at 

Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center

 since 1980, and Dr. Johnson & Dr. Holt were an integral part of this accomplishment.  However, cardiac surgery is not their only surgical specialty.

We receive referrals from all over Volusia and Flagler counties from physicians who are in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology and hematology, pulmonology, neurology, podiatry, gastroenterology, general surgery, interventional radiology, nephrology, orthopedics, and vascular surgery.  Anyone can be affected by the arterial disease, in any part of the arterial and vascular anatomy.
