About

ACNS was conceived in 2005 by owner Bill Hayes to provide superior networking and Information Technology (IT) services to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses in Daytona Beach and the surrounding Central Florida region.  With over 30 years in the IT field Bill has learned what works and what doesn’t.

In past positions, Bill was responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations of numerous Computer Technicians and Engineers. It was also in this position that he successfully wrote and deployed multiple software applications for the likes of Medical Offices, the Motor Racing Network (MRN) as well as many others. As the IT Manager for a large wholesale distributor, he was solely responsible for the successful support of over 100 end users at four locations throughout the US.  In addition, he handled all programming changes where he became proficient with Microsoft© Access as well as Crystal Report Writer©.  He was appointed to the companies’ ISO 9001 implementation team. This past experience has given Bill a keen perspective from being the client as well as the support provider.
